The short version
- No ad trackers. No cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- The contact form goes to Chris and Kourosh. Nowhere else.
- You can ask us to delete what we hold. We will.
What we collect
Whatever you put in the contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give one, company, website, revenue range, employee count, and what you write in the message box. If you call or email us instead, we have that conversation and your contact details.
Our host records standard web server logs for every visit — IP address, browser, the page requested, and the time. Those logs exist for security and reliability, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
This site runs no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies of its own. We do not follow you to other websites, we do not buy lists, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.
Our host, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie to keep the site available. That is the only cookie you are likely to meet here.
Why we have it
To answer you, and to work out whether we are the right firm for your business. That is the whole purpose.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. A small number of vendors run our website hosting and our email, and they handle your message only to deliver it to us. If a court or a law requires disclosure, we comply — and we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact, and generally no longer than three years after we last hear from you. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold, correct it, delete it, or send a copy of it. Email [email protected] and say what you want done. We aim to respond within 45 days, and we will not charge you for it or treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for business owners and their advisors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how any of this works — adding analytics, for instance — we change this page in the same week and note the date below.
