We come and look
If it sounds like a fit, we visit. We want to see the work being done and read the real numbers, not a presentation about them.
You get a straight answer
Either we say how we would start and what it would cost, or we say why we are the wrong firm for it. We take on three to six companies at a time, so no is a common answer.
